Comfortable beds, convenient location with the outdoor swimming pool and a delicious breakfast that helped start my day right.
Everything exceeded my hopes.

Great space for relaxing after a long day on the course. The staff treated us like family and made sure we had everything we needed.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still worth it for the experience.

Just a prime choice for a quick stopover in San Diego with fantastic value for money. Breakfast staff did a great job.

Breakfast was decent with good options. The noise from the nearby freeway made it hard to sleep. Great location near a golf course and attractions.

The bed was comfortable, allowing us to sleep well despite it being our first night in a new place. The fridge and microwave in the room were convenient, and I appreciated the proximity to various locations. the carpet was dirty; after walking barefoot, our feet turned black. The room smelled musty, and there was a persistent odor from the air conditioning unit, which didn’t function properly. the bathroom plumbing was an issue, with both the sink and tub getting clogged. While the breakfast options were decent, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room left much to be desired.

Location is excellent, close to attractions and a golf course. Breakfast area could use better organization during busy hours.

The staff were genuinely wonderful. They were kind, helpful, and accommodating, which made the beginning of my stay pleasant. Proximity to attractions was decent, especially given the Comic-Con chaos; the location was ideal for our needs and pet-friendly. the issues began with the room. A dreadful odor hit when I opened the door. The carpets were filthy and, regrettably, my dog ended up with fleas. Service varied; I battled miscommunication at the front desk and had to chase for basic supplies. Breakfast was subpar. The overall condition of the property requires serious attention. It pains me, but I won't be returning. There's much room for improvement.

I thoroughly enjoyed how easily I could access various shops and eateries just a short walk away, with Mission Valley Mall being less than a 5-minute stroll and Burger spots just around the corner, plus the San Diego Zoo is only about 3 km from the hotel, making it perfect for weekend sightseeing; the front desk staff was helpful, adding to a generally positive vibe, but I did find that the hotel itself could use some cleanliness improvements.

The room was cramped and unclean, not to mention the overwhelming smell of weed everywhere. Breakfast was nonexistent, and the noise from rowdy guests kept me up until 1 AM. Not worth it.

I loved the family suite with bunk beds - perfect for kids! The outdoor swimming pool was a hit, and I adored soaking in the jacuzzi. Plus, the location made it super easy to explore all the local attractions!

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the complimentary bag breakfast despite its simplicity.
The room felt outdated and had a stale odor.

Location is awesome, close to Sea World and the airport. Free breakfast was decent with muffins and a waffle machine. The heated pool was a nice touch too. Just wish they had better communication. Had some major issues with our flooded room and staff didn’t seem too concerned about it. the room was a bit dark.

So, my recent stay at La Quinta wasn't exactly what I expected. First off, the ironing facilities were a bit of a disappointment. The iron in the room seemed really outdated and didn't work properly. I had to struggle to get my clothes looking presentable. When it came to heating and air conditioning, things were a bit hit or miss. The heating in our room seemed a bit inconsistent, and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy when it kicked in during the night. the sitting area in the room was actually quite cozy. It was a nice spot to relax after a long day of exploring. Plus, having tea and coffee facilities was a nice touch. Nothing like a hot cup of tea before bed! Now, let's talk about the outdoor space. The garden furniture looked a bit worn out and could definitely use some sprucing up. It didn't feel very inviting to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. La Quinta has its pros and cons. The sitting area and tea/coffee facilities were nice touches, but the ironing facilities, heating/air conditioning, and outdoor furniture could use some improvement. Just keeping it real with you, hope this helps! .

A free grab and go breakfast with waffles and all, you, can, drink coffee? I mean, who needs a luxurious buffet when you can grab and run! The hotel had everything I needed for a comfy stay.
Honestly, who needs a do not disturb sign? Housekeeping wake, up calls are the new trend!

The front desk experience was a mix; one staff member was rude while another was kind. The carpet was dirty, and my feet were black by the end of the night. A $12 parking fee felt unnecessary. The family suite offered good space for kids, but missing washcloths and wet carpet were frustrating. Breakfast staff were fantastic and very helpful. It was disheartening that the pool was closed and the cleanliness wasn’t consistent. There’s potential here, but the little things detracted from the stay.

The location was ideal for visiting SeaWorld, just a hop and skip away. We stayed in a room with bunk beds separated from the king bed, perfect for our romantic escape. the pool area was really cool, and the family suite layout with bunk beds was a hit with the little ones.
The key card reader didn't work, so we had to ask the front desk for door assistance each time, which lacked privacy.

The room was spacious and had a great layout, especially the family suite with comfy bunk beds. The location was convenient, with attractions and dining spots just a short drive away. Additionally, ample parking spaces were available, which was a plus.
The room had a stuffy smell, and there were issues with the toilet running and the A/C leaking water. Unfortunately, there were disruptive noises from nearby establishments and guests, impacting our sleep quality.

Great location near restaurants and shopping. Beach is close too. Breakfast exceeded expectations. We had a pleasant stay at La Quinta, but the parking fee was unexpected. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

La Quinta Inn & Suites was the ideal choice for us, with its convenient location near the zoo. The free WiFi allowed us to plan our days easily, and we enjoyed the area's exciting water activities like jet skiing and kayaking nearby.
My wife says that having a designated kids' play area would have been great.

My friends and I had a blast visiting the San Diego Zoo and catching a show at SeaWorld right from our hotel. The free WiFi helped us stay connected, and we even tried jet skiing nearby!

Our stay at this hotel was overall pleasant. The beds were comfortable and everything in the room was functional. The staff was helpful and quick to assist us when needed. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to popular visitor attractions and with easy access to everything we wanted to do. Despite the minor issues we encountered, such as noisy neighbors and the need for earplugs, we would consider staying here again, especially given the affordable price.
The noise from the neighboring rooms was disruptive and affected our sleep quality.
